Has anyone had any issues lately with global shipping not showing up when listing an item? This happened to me on my last two items I listed. I checked my settings and the on the listing, the checkbox for global shipping is checked. When I go to the auction page it does not show worldwide shipping or any other countries except for US. My old listings are fine. I contacted Ebay and they looked at my settings and said they are all set correctly and they do not know what is causing the issue.

I think I just answered my own question. I changed the category and it now shows worldwide shipping. Would be nice if a message came up telling you the category you selected can not be shipped via Global shipping program and if Ebay's technical support could have figured this out. The check box was selectable for Global shipping when I listed it and nothing at all flagged me it couldn't be used for that category.

Yes but I do not see anything wrong with the category - books?

I'm having this same issue. All my orders previously listed for Global Shipping and eBay International shipping, but today, multiple international buyers contacted me trying to find out my rates to ship to them. As I go through my listings, none of them have Global Shipping listed anymore.

Because you're tagging on to an old discussion, the mods will probably lock it @dobro-92 due to the information being outdated. Global Shipping Program was retired in the US (still exists in the UK).
As for your problem with eIS (eBay International Shipping), it is most likely because you are selling toys. Here's info eBay added to the eIS help page about it:
Items that are shipped to buyers in the UK need to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations. We have put measures in place to prevent US items that may not comply with UK regulations, such as CE Certification and/or Plugs and Sockets Regulations, from being sold to buyers in the UK.
There's a long discussion about it here:
