I printed a label to return a label to a seller today. I had to enter the shipping numbers, EBAY accepted the number and said it was shipping but the post office has still not scaned those numbers would the have accepted a invalid tracking nunber and say it was shipping even though it hasn't been officially scanned? I just don't wan that guy on the otherend say side say I didn't send it back, It was juat 11.00 buck bucks but he sold ne **bleep**.

Have you actually mailed the package yet?
eBay defines "shipped" as a label has been issued (just bad wording)
When the package gets scanned, it may take a few hours for eBay to get the info from USPS and update the Return (it isn't "live").
As long as it gets a "Delivered" scan, you don't have to worry.

Was this a return label provided by the eBay platform?
RMAs aren't actually charged until used, so I wonder if that has something to do with the tracking numbers not showing in the system until the package gets scanned.
I know when I actually purchase a label to ship an item sold, those number are in the USPS immediately - and say awaiting receipt of shipment.

Patience is always a good thing. The Ebay system is NOT on a real time system. Give it 24 to 48 hours to update. As long as you actually did ship it, the scans will usually start showing up if you just give them a little time to get things done.
