I ordered a centerpin fishing reel from this seller on Dec04,2017, on their webpage it's saying that they will ship out the item 3 days after payment.
2 weeks later after I have paid, the seller suddenly sent me a massage that they could not send me the item due to they could not provide some kind of certificate. they suggested that I should cancel this order since it may take long time to get this isuue resolved.
I asked them if they didn't have certificate why not told me earlier, and if they could not deliver the item why it's still listed on eBay? anyway, I had no choice but let them know that I agreed to cancel the order and gave me the refund. later the sent me message said that they agreed to cancel the order but hold my money until I could reverse my negative comment.
they sent me few more massages later to urge me to reverse my comment and hold my money even till now - more than a month.
I have contacted eBay, but eBay said I had to wait 2 more month until pass the original estimated delivery date and then eBay could help me to get money back. this is totaly unacceptable as the seller has already said they won't deliver anything to me so why I have to wait 2 more month?
I strongly suggest that everybody not buying anything from this seller!

Do you take any responsibility for buying from a Chinese seller with such terrible feedback?Now you wantEbay to jump in and refund you immediately for your blunder? You will have to wait until just past the delivery date..and you dont have to removed your neg feedback.

I couldn't find a fishing reel in their active or sold listings, but I checked a few other items and the longest estimated delivery time I saw was about 1 month. I don't think I've ever seen a listing that gave a 3 month estimate for shipping.

I would contact them again and ask them to read the messages from the seller stating that they would not be sending the item. There is no reason that you should have to wait that long in this situation. The seller is also in violation of the rules by requiring that you remove negative feedback before they refund an item they aren't sending.
I don't see the item as being listed...there is an eBay note at the top saying that it is out of stock.

The seller has stated that they cannot send the item so why should the buyer wait? This situation is not the buyer's fault.

Just file with PayPal if you don’t want to wait. Customer service cannot open an INR prior to the latest delivery estimate so I wouldn’t bother calling. Just file with PayPal. Or your credit card issuer if that’s how you paid.
