I had a selling account that fell below standards. For the past year eBay has been abusing my buying account! Get a lot of all this PLEASE!
1. I was manager at a thrift store and opened an eBay for it. They linked my account with the non profit because I used my account and the store account on same phone. EBay locked the account of the non profit and the owner took a hit on his credit score. He resents me until this day and I became unemployed and homeless because of eBay sick twisted policies
2. Fast forward almost a year. I just bought 10 items at my new address. I thought my information is secure on eBay but it somehow my shopping address reverted back to the thrift store address I used while manager!
I paid $100+ of my money on items on my eBay and it's getting shipped to an address of a thrift store I used to manage that went out of business!
No more mailbox it's an invalid address!
I been on the phone with eBay the past 2 days about 24 hours, no lie! They said many times they'll refund me but nothing. They say talk to your bank...
I ordered the items why am I going to call the bank on myself? But now that the shipping address has changed without me knowing I'm in vigorous battles trying to get my buyer protection!
I feel like just because my selling standards fell below average and is froze doesn't mean they should be TERRORIZING me on my buying aspect of my account!
I checked shipping status on my mother's phone on an item I was expecting and they linked our accounts!!
So through this whole mess ebay has abused me, my former boss, my mother and now all the 10 sellers that shipped items to the wrong address. EBay instead of taking responsibility are encouraging me to open and item not received cases which will hold the sellers responsible for thier mistakes!
All I here is sir it's not possible for eBay to change your information or any of the account linking maliciousness that's been happening to me!
They change thier tune, diagnosis and solutions more than a person changes underwear but all suggestions are merely ways to cop out of taking responsibility and actually helping me stop the problems I'm experiencing if you look at the big picture!!!
EBay system is so unsafe! The way it is if I know you sell on eBay I can use your phone and you are screwed! WHY THOHGH!?!?
I want my money back! For the 10 items! My shipping details got changed without my permission and yeah I'm supposed to look at checkout details to double check but more importantly my information should be secure when I add it to my account, nothing should change without my doing so!!!
For the past year EBay has been terrorizing me, first my sellers account, fine, but thier so called buyer protection is absolute gobbledegook because they are actually and literally terrorizing me!
They seem not to be providing any solutions and don't care enough to dig deeper to discover and uproot the problems that are causing me the most grief!
Anyone else experiencing this? It's hard to explain and read too but they keep on protecting eBay and treating me like I'm lying.
