How does a buyer pay for additional shipping on an item returned to me that they still want??

Wrong Address provided by Buyer so item was returned to me. The buyer still wants the item at her correct address. The problem is where does she send the additional shipping fee? Can I have her send it to my personal Paypal account...it is the same one I use for Ebay.

you can send her a paypal invoice. You both have each other’s email address in the original PayPal transaction
