Now that eBay is not connected with PayPal ( Sales go into my bank account) how can I change where my shipping cost are paid?? Please advise

You set your Shipping form to draw the postage from the buyer's pending funds. You will find the setting for that at the lower left corner of the Shipping form.

The funds themselves are not "pending;" it's the transfer to your bank that's pending. eBay already has the buyer's payment, which is why you can use a portion of it to purchase the shipping on-line.

Sure, eBay is still connected to PayPal.

I keep a zero PayPal balance, but still ship using PayPal to debit my attached bank account; some sellers use a CC through PayPal. But, yes... as posted above, you can choose to pay shipping from your Pending payouts, too.
