Parcel on hold because of "Missing Customs Documentation"

Hey all, just wanted to know what can I do/who to contact since my  item has been on hold in Asendia for over a month now. I talked to the seller and they recommended I reach out to eBay/Asendia but I find it extremely hard to talk to an actual person and it's the first time I've experienced such delays.

If I go to Asendia and track my item, it says its missing customs documentation, but I don't really know what to do with that; who to contact in order to provide whatever's missing. In the past I've been mailed asking for what's akin to my social security number and that's that, but for now my parcel's been on hold with radio silence and I'm afraid I lost my money.

I know I could ask for a refund but it's a big order and I'd rather get it than having to go back to canceling everything and then ordering all over again.

If you fail to open a return request, you could run out the clock on they Ebay MBG,

It is likely more likely that it will motivate Ebay International Shipping to do something than anything else you could do,

I am assuming this is an EIS order. Seems like a human error, perhaps because of multiple orders in the shipment.

Other than that, the only other path to suggest is to contact Chilean customs.
