Padded flat rate not offered an option

Buyer paid for Padded flat rate envelope as stated in the listing.  No option for that on ebay label screen.

Correction, Not offered AS an option. UPDATE I had the dimensions of the PFR bag on the form. When I took those out, It worked as it usually does.

The new label flow does not show the PFRE in the custom sizes tab if any of the entered dimensions exceed 12x9x3. SAme idea for the regional boxes and other flat rate options.

You can always see all the USPS options by using the Carrier packaging tab, regardless of dimensions.

Suddenly, as of today (6/24,) the above statement is not true, for me. I have had my dimensions set at 10x13x3, and I can no longer access the USPS FRE or PFRE options in the pull down menu options. I went to PayPal to print my shipping labels, rather than pay the FR box options that were only displayed. I will try changing the dimensions. Thank you.

Yep - went away for me as well today. I changed the dimensions and was able to get it to show up.

This is a PITA update.

YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT (IF YOU HAVE) AND YOU CAN PURCHASE THE FLAT RATE ENVELOPE, BOX ETC

THAT WAY, RIGHT NOW ANYTHING OVER 16 OZ THEY ARE FOR SOME REASON NOT ALLOWING US TO SHIP FLAT RATE

I don't put in the weight or dimensions on my listings so that I can choose my shipping method.
