Packing Slip now no longer shows price paid and shipping - did I miss another change we asked for?

Yesterday all was fine, but today, my packing slips print without the price the seller paid, the shipping the seller paid, and the total.  If I try to edit it, that info is seemingly not available to add to the packing slip.  Is this another change that was made that I missed?  I dislike this.  I want the buyer to see this, and I like to see it on the copy I keep for my records.

I am VERY distressed by this change. The packing slip you changed (removed price) is the packing slip I prefer as it is clean looking, modern, attractive, easy to read.
I never use the option you suggest, as it looks terrible!

How can you get sales tax correct in one location and not in the other?

Please, if you are going to make 1 packing slip option, update the horrible look of  this slip: Print Shipping labels or invoices>Invoice/Packing Slip).

Once again ebay shows its total disregard for sellers. It's a total buyers ballgame.

This packing slip is virtually useless now...but then again, that's what ebay wants us to think, so we we won't *miss it* when it goes away entirely.

Man...I *HOPE* someone comes up with a new venture that's well-funded that can give ebay a run for their money. This monopoly just doesn't work anymore.

On the packing slip, you had an option to add some text - I would always say "thank you for your purchase, please leave feedback so I can continue to provide excellent customer service." Can't do that on an invoice. 😞

Hi i have no price on my ebay packing slip. I charge sales tax on my items and now i have to do it the hard way to keep track 158 items so far this month. This is extra work we don't need no tax shows and no price shows. Crazy

Thanks for the update, would have been nice to know ahead of time. I use this packslip amounts to send to my bookkeeper (My mother who is 84 years old and doesn't do change very well.) I'll let her speak to you, as to why is was necessary to make this change. Especially without a warning.

We can print packaging slip off of pay pal site...that does show the total, but who on earth wants to go back and forth printing ship labels on ebay and pack slip from pay pal.

I can see it already... buyers will be blaming sellers- why their packing slip isnt showing the total amount they paid!

AND IF YOU ARE NOT USING SELLER HUB....YOU'RE SCREWED.....AND EBAY DOESN'T GIVE A **bleep**.  SO FREAKIN TYPICAL OF EBAY.   REALLY...HOW DIFFICULT WOULD IT HAVE BEEN TO HAVE JUST SHOWN THE TAX PAID IN A SEPARATE AREA ON THE PRINT OUT.....AND NOT ADD IT TO THE TOTALS.  YOU WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS SO CALLED "tax discrepancy" THAT'S BASICALLY **bleep**

... as i noted somewhere else, (and i too use seller hub) ... the only place i can reliably find the tax information is in the view/print invoice/sales record.    but also, if you are opted into the new orders pages you no longer see the note that sales taxes were collected (so you have to view each sales record/invoice.) 

... i went to the new orders pages myself, but as soon as i realized that the new pages no longer told you if taxes were collected (but DID show the taxes in the Totals Paid To YOU!) i went back to the old again.  the tax information is more important to me than the '...i need to ship by date'.

Just to make matters worse, packing slips for international shipments NEED the prices included in case Customs opens the box.  

C'mon Ebay, use something above your brain stem ... but who am I kidding?

Same thing for me - I hate this as now I must print the packing slip and also an invoice to be able to send to buyer and keep one for myself.   EBay:  Please go back to printing cost and shipping on packing slip as this is a big inconvenience and probably not wanted by sellers (or buyers, for that matter).

Yep, Just yesterday I responded to a post in another forum about this. Someone saying this was happening. I pulled up a few of mine and they all had all the info in question. Started reading this post today and went back and checked today and sure enough...no prices or quantity.

 I had an employee do shipping today and they never said anything. I'm wondering how many packages we shipped to with packing slips missing all the vital info...sigh..

Thanks for the notice that you were doing this eBay. If we would have known we could have watched for it and then wrote in the missing info.

Isn't the Quantity there now? 

They botched the first attempt at the update, where the Quantity was supposed to be retained but wasn't, and had to roll it back. After a week or two of normalcy, they came out with a second attempt (unannounced, just like the first), but in this second attempt, you should see the quantity on the right side of the column.

I had it work on one package during the day, and then a little while later, no billing/shipping costs. Very frustrating. Now I have an extra step by going to PayPal and printing the packing slip. It's a complete packing slip, but just another step to slow down the process....
