Last Friday, Stamps.com did a software update and ever since, my eBay orders won't transfer over automatically. I even deleted my store and re-established the link (twice). All went well except it still doesn't work. A tech support question to Stamps.com resulted in an answer like "We don't have time to answer your e-mail. Perhaps you should call or look on our support page".
Anyone else had this issue? Any remedies? I HATE calling any of these places if I can figure it out on my own.
