Unable to Generate Shipping Label Error - but it charged me anyway?!

This is a first for me. Trying to print a basic $2.80 media mail label from my sales page. I pay using my debit card (through paypal), same as always. It successfully charged my card, but then came up with this error message. So now I've been charged already and I have no label - and no label also means no label to void to get refunded.

What in the heck do I do now?!? I'm afraid to try again and just get charged a second time!

I had the same happen to me the other day and now again today. In both cases I had to re-purchase another label. The other day I had to call ebay to get refunded. The first rep was no help and blamed my browser while telling me it`s an ongoing issue. I called back and the second rep voided the 1st label and said I will get refunded within about 2 weeks. Now I have to call ebay again this morning to do the same thing. This has to be a nightmare for busy sellers. Ridiculous!!

If using Seller Hub, go to

Orders > Shipping Labels

Do you see the shipping label there?  Is there a REPRINT option?  You have 24 hours to reprint the label.  If it has been more than 24 hours, then VOID the label, and use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL option.  The USPS will credit your account for the Voided label after 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

Go to My eBay and find shipping labels on  the left.  If it will not let you print it-open it and save it to your desktop.  Then print it from there and you should bypass all  the problems.  I've done that a few times when I had issues.

Any luck getting this resolved? I am experiencing the same thing with a label. The label never generated so I cannot reprint or void.
