On Its Way to Rincos Sorting Center. What does this mean? Who is taking the package to Rincos? Is it the same as Shipping Label Created. A package I'm due from South Korea has had this status over a month. I contacted the seller, he said the package was lost in transit and that he would resend. That was 2 weeks ago. I received no new tracking number and a few days have passed, with no reply, since I again contacted the seller asking for the tracking number. Was he full of it?

Has the last estimated date for delivery passed? Are you still within 30 days of that date?
If the answer to both those questions is “yes,” you should be filing a claim of non-delivery.

See if you can file an "Item Not Received" claim. The seller may be stalling you.

Hey @mchi2012 - track the package on this website:
If it shows you the US leg tracking number on the right then you'll have more info to go on.
If not, the link from the poster before me shows a buyer that was able to get that second tracking number from Rincos.
If no joy at all, then follow the item not received process mentioned by the first 2 responders. Remember you only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file a claim, so don't let that window close.

I've been tracking the lack of progress with the Parcels app. No US leg trking on the app or on the Parcels website. I appreciate the info. Thank you.

I received an email reply from Rincos:
'We have not received your package from seller. Please reach out to seller diretly.'
That was my suspicion. Guess I'll be taking it to Ebay.

If the last estimated delivery date has passed by more than a day or two, why not open an item not received case with eBay?
Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
