Rincos shipping

Hello, I placed an order from South Korea, and it was shipped by Rincos, the last update was on June 28th (arrived at destination airport), but there haven't been any more updates since then, my question is : once the package is in the U.S.A., is USPS in charge of shipping the package or is it Rincos? Do you have an idea when will I receive the next update?

Hi, did you ever receive your package? Currently going through the same thing--status has been at destination airport for over a week 😞

Yes, on July 7, 2021, just over a week later.

Hi, I had to write to Rincos customer service, they gave me another tracking number that I could track with usps, it turns out that once it arrived to the airport another company was shipping the package, in my case it was Pitney Bowes, finally it was delivered by the usps post office, here I include an image of the tracking status. hope it helps.
