I am interested in Managed Payments only if the money transfer is instantaneously and into a Savings account.
I will not wait days for my money ~ no funds => no ship!
I will not incur another checking account and it's fees. It must be a Savings account!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Entitled Person walks up to door.
Knocks on door
Door Opens
Entitled Person: I demand this, that, and another thing or I will not sell on your platform.
Crickets
Door Closes
Entitled Person: ummmm....

1. Ain't gonna happen.
2. There are workarounds.

Sadly it won’t happen. eBay wanted more money for its stockholders so they decided to use a second rate payment processor that takes 5+ days to pay you instead of keeping sellers happy with instant payments. They don’t give a furry rats ass if sellers don’t like it. They will reap larger profits regardless. Greed greed greed.

Find a better bank. My bank charges zero fees on checking accounts.

Hmmm, you want your funds sent to a savings account? Apparently one isn't familiar with Reg D as that will limit your access to the funds.
Regulation D and why it matters
The federal rule, also known as Reg D, comes from the Federal Reserve Board and puts a limit of six transactions per month on certain transfers and withdrawals from your savings or money market account.

But not wanting to incur fees for a checking account? Huh?
There are a BUNCH of free checking accounts out there if one wants to look around. Any idea what nerdwallet is?
So the ball is in your court - figure out a way to make things work or pack up shop.

Actually the ability to make that decision is out of your hands. The immediate payment procedure is unavailable with managed payments. It takes a few days for the payment to be processed and the transfer time depends on your banking institution. Either you provide eBay with a bank account that can accept the payments or you will not be able to sell on this platform. There are free checking accounts and you just need to find one.

By the way when you go to print the shipping label you do have the option of have the postage deducted from the pending payouts. That option is found on the shipping page at the bottom left hand side. There is no reason to delay shipping.

The world is full of free checking accounts. If you're paying for a checking account then they are nickel and diming you and you should fix that.

I hope you do not have a yearly store subscription.
