I just got scammed. I ordered a samsung s8 Plus from the seller and when I received the pckage, it was a battery pack. I tried to contact the seller he said that it's not the item he shipped. I opened the case tho.
I tried to contact the seller again and he said I've violated the policy cause I used my paypal acc that based in Indonesia (I'm from Indonesia btw) to pay for the item here in CA and having it shipped to my address in CA. Please help what should I do now?

First thing you should do I check the weight on the package label. Then weight of the battery its self (it looks like an old DELL battery) should weigh more than a pound – compare if it matches.
Then, I’m assuming that new Samsung S8 Plus with all accessories should weigh less than a pound – but I might be wrong.
Now, if package label shows more than a pound – it means you were scammed.
If package label shows less than a pound – let as know.

Hey it definetly less than a pound. But the phone I ordered was in original box comes with accesories etc..so it would definetly weigh more than a pound right?

I’m sorry but I don’t do randoms and i don't guess. You will have to compare the weights, and give me exactly numbers …then I can help you.

The package label shows "flat rate".
...but weight should be there, always is.

So tarpedge was right, there is no weight on "flat rate" packages …I’m shocked!
It makes everything harder, but next you will have to contact USPS and give them tracking number. They should be able to give you the weight from sender …I hope they weight the package at least ones.
