You could ask the buyer if they would like anything else that you're selling at a discount, but you really don't have to do anything at this point, other than apologize profusely, which you've probably already done.
Was it a one of a kind item, or are there others for sale on eBay?

Refunding buyer without hassle on their part is good enough. If the item does show up, then they get a free item for their inconvenience or decide to pay you again at which point, then offer them a 20% off a future purchase, if you like to retain their custom.

It is one of a kind as it is a 1990's robot figurine. It is a one in a kind because of that, but others are selling them too.
I found the link below, anyone have advice for using it. The Promotions Manager for discounts. Like using discounts or coupons? Is there a way to send an individual one?
