I am aware that eBay standard envelope isn't really "tracked" the same way as other tracking methods and that sometimes it may miss "scans." But is it possible for the system to not be working as intended or be down? My envelopes that are still in route haven't updated since Wednesday Feb 12. Any new envelope that I've sent out on Thursday and Friday have not gotten their origin "scan." I would say 98/100 times I get an origin scan, so it's just odd to me that my Thursday & Friday shipments haven't gotten any scans along with any of my in route envelopes not updating anymore. Anyone having the same issues as me?

Don't bother with CS. They're a 3rd party offshore call center that can really only answer simple questions from their script. Would be surprised if they knew what an ESE is. There's at least 2 other threads on this, I suspect they're aware of the issue.
I'm curious if you had anything update today? My last updated tracking happened between Fri & Sat for items shipped the 11th. I had no shipments on the 12th and wonder if that day updated yet.

All of my orders that I sipped from the 12th-14th have 0 updates. I Just mailed out my orders from 15th-17th so it's too early to tell on those. BUT I have gotten a few positive feedback scored from orders with 0 tracking updates. Which means they ARE being delivered and most likely ARE being scanned but NOT being updated by Ebay. So frustrating.

i believe it's an ebay system issue since the scans are able to be seen on parcelsapp with the corresponding 00 tracking number!
for anyone who wants to see the scans, you can enter your esus tracking number at https://trackmyshipment.co (which is currently broken and won't provide any updates for this number) but here you should find a longer tracking number that starts with "00" (this should be located above the "contact courier" button). once you have the "00" tracking number, enter it at https://parcelsapp.com

Thank you so much. This information is 100% correct. It worked for me. Also Ebay informed me that they are aware of the situation and are "Working to resolve it". Not sure if I believe them but just wanted to mention that.

i edited my post to make it more clear but it is 100% true. the esus numbers aren't working but if you enter the esus tracking number in the trackmyinfo site and take the "00" tracking number to the parcelsapp site it will show you the tracking updates. someone on the other thread tried it and confirmed it works.

Just adding my voice to the list. Got an INR request today because the customer hasn't received it, and the tracking has no scans on ebay. As far as the customer is concerned I never mailed it out. The tracking history shows up just fine on parcelapp, so the item is scanning but the data is not being passed on to ebay. Mailed out on the 12th. I am going to see if I can get the customer to wait for another day or two, I can see it's in his state, it should be there soon. But I'm not even going to try to explain that ebay has an issue with tracking not showing up, and they should go check this other number on another site, it's on it's way really. There is no way I could phrase that in such a way it doesn't sound like I'm a scammer. I suspect I am going to end up eating this one.

You must call Ebay about this and put a tech ticket in. Otherwise they won't take this seriously. I have called 5 times and we need more sellers to contact them. As many as possible or we will all loose our Top Rated Seller badges as well as lose many INR cases. If you do nothing then nothing will get fixed.

It's certainly annoying, and yes I can see that tracking is happening via other sites, but it is a PITA to have to copy and paste tracking numbers to other sites to see if they are moving. Clearly this is an ebay issue, not the USPS or we would not be able to see the movement on other sites.

My ebay standard envelope is not updated since February 12th either still has not keep getting messages asking where is my order have you shipped it

Yes, I am having the same problem with standard envelope label purchased from ebay. Week before last, the scans were delayed. But during the last few weeks there have been no scans at all. Ebay needs to get out in front and make an announcement explain what is going on. Buyers are asking me where the item is and threatening negative feedback.

Exactly the same for me here in Texas. Some of my envelopes are late "sent to Buyer" still in transit since February 12. Envelope mailed after February 12 do not show they were sorted at the origin sorting center, just stating "label number provided".
