International Standard - Can I be guaranteed it will go First Class?

I have an order for one roll of new camera film.  I checked the USPS and eBay prohibited items list and it appears that it's OK to send "recording devices" (I think "film" was listed as a recording device.)  USPS says you are allowed to ship it (it's going to Israel) as long it's sent "First Class."  I cannot tell for sure if it WILL go First Class if I use International Standard shipping (buyer selected) on the eBay "Purchase Shipping Label" page.  Is there a place where I can request it?   I DO have the option to choose "USPS Int'l First Class" but it's more expensive and I will basically make zero money on this sale.    Should I just go for it and select eBay Int'l Standard and not overthink this?  Thanks in advance.

You don't have any options when you use international standard. They take care of everything so you don't have to worry. Ship it to them, they take care of the rest.

The BUYER is paying for the shipping. If you wrote free shipping, that is ONLY for domestic sales. But you can always charge the buyer a little less for the international shipping. if you are the one that is going to mail it.

  If you are in the Ebay international shipping program, you just have to get the item to Illinois. The buyer pays the shipping to Israel and it will be whatever the program charges.  Neither you or the buyer can do anything about that.

Your other option is to cancel with problem with buyer's address if the buyer is giving you a headache about the shipping rate.
