INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT WORKING FOR ME, "Keeps saying try again later

Why won't it let me purchase shipping internationally.  It keeps saying;

"It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later"

WHats up ebay, yall working on this?

Good morning @wastingtime101. It appears they've updated the Alert # with the international label issues as well. I see the ESE is still attached to the alert too. They've also updated the date since then with the new info. I hope this helps

Thanks for the added info elizabeth@ebay, that's helpful. It appears eBay made a connection between issues purchasing ESE and EISD labels. If possible, it would be great if your team could edit the pinned tech post so the ALERT isn't duplicated, and also to specify which shipping services are affected (unless it's all of them).

My recommendation to sellers affected by this has primarily been to purchase shipping labels elsewhere. Does eBay have any official recommendations of what sellers should do when they run into this error, aside from purchasing labels from another postage provider or to try again later? The issue's been ongoing for nearly 2 months and for ESE in particular there isn't a comparable tracked service.

Thanks @wastingtime101 for the suggestions. I've gone ahead and removed the older alert, so the most updated is reflected. To ensure accuracy, we only post what the ticket says exactly, but I'll be sure to keep an eye out for anyone else experiencing this issue, so I can share the alert number with them as well.

I wouldn't wait for eBay to fix it.   Your listings that I looked at show that you are shipping usps first class international. Afaik there isn't a problem with printing usps labels, just ebay international standard labels.

Yes, USPS working fine.

But eBay International Standard Delivery generating error "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."

I have been shopping with eBay for more than 10 years…everything is perfect until this genius EIS comes in…not to mention shipping cost is higher but more importantly items purchased are now “cannot be exported”, CS from eBay told me to contact my local customs but it is just a silly jacket and a pair of shoes and all of the sudden it becomes a “cannot be exported” item…¿ We all missed a lot of things here😒

Have buyer in Spain who says they were told I don't ship to Spain.  The listing clearly shows I do.  Contacted eBay.  They suggested I invoice buyer.  I tried to invoice - got message that I can't invoice for eBay's International Shipping. ( which makes sense because the buyer needs the amount for taxes etc.)

Called eBay back and eventually was told that the reason the the item can't be shipped is because it is BREAKABLE!  Something is not right.
