The buyer reciviced the item but clamed it was in non listed order. If that's the case, how do i not know it was damaged during shipping or while he opened the item witch where not turns. The buyer got his refund but I stayed with negative feedback. I don't think that's fair

If the item was in no working order then he should of just returned it for his refund and not opened the key fob up. It's like going to best buy and buying a used TV that did not work. I'm not going to open it up, I'll just return it for a refund. Simple

I need this negative feedback removed and could care less off my money loss.

A lot of key fobs have to be opened up in order to check to make sure the battery is seated properly or to replace the battery.
If it's the key fob that requires it then that would be the first thing I'd do if it wasn't working.

is this the listing where you got the negative because they ordered on 5/14 and on 5/19 you still hadn't shipped they said?

The buyer is allowed to leave negative feedback.
They were unhappy with the shipping and the lack of communication on your end.
Just because they were refunded does not mean the feedback goes away.
Sounds like the buyer would have been happy if you shipped on time with tracking and communicated with them.
Your post HERE sounds like the the item did not function properly which was not mentioned in their feedback but is another reason.

You are responsible damage received in shipping too
