I have a buyer attempting to purchase teacups and saucer sets. I have six but here is the message I received from her. I did send her an offer.

I only see 'Local Pickup' on your set of 4. Maybe add that option to the other sets? Good luck.

Oops... I was searching 'teacups' that were still for sale, thinking the buyer hadn't 'finalized'... thus the problem. My bad.
I suppose you could cancel (cite 'Buyer requested' or 'Problems with buyer's address') and relist with only the one option of Local Pickup. Would your buyer understand and go along with that? 🤞

She's very motivated so yes. If that's the only work around.

I'm not sure why the buyer is getting the 'not available' note but perhaps they are trying to 'buy' it again. Suggest that they go to their cart on the top right, click on checkout, scroll down until they see the local pickup option.
I'm not sure if that will help but it is all I could think of. 🙂

No matter what we tried it didn't work, and she just couldn't make the purchase as it kept saying the sets were unavailable. Instead I ended the listing, and then relisted with the price we negotiated, and she was able to buy them with local pickup.

Just a bit of advice, this bit in your listing means absolutely nothing. Any item on eBay is returnable for a refund.
Please ask all questions prior to bidding as all collectible item sales are final and sold as is.
