Hi. In a very clumsy move using my iPhone, I accidentally hit “mark as shipped” on a purchase when I was looking at my notifications. I want to undo it, and purchase and print a label and send the package the usual way, but can’t figure out how to do that. EBay’s interface seems to make undoing things done in error very difficult!
There is no need to undo it. You should be able to purchased postage and print a label even if "Mark as Shipped" has been checked off (or, at least, you can do that via the computer interface ... I don't know about the app).
