bought an adapter cable and later found out i bought the wrong one. i message seller and told him its my mistake that i bought the wrong item and then he said go ahead and return them. request return but no respond from seller, ask ebay to step in and told to ship it back but no return label from seller / ebay. so what sup with this 30 days free return ? i'm confused

OK, but the word "free" doesn't appear in the return policy section on the listing, so I wanted to be sure you were reading it correctly.
Then the only think you can do is tomorrow morning call Ebay and find out why they didn't issue you a label. Recheck the resolution center and just make sure the label isn't sitting on the claim for you to click on and print.

I would call customer service. The return labels might have been glitching again.

ebay.com, the USA site only has phone support. When you leave the discussion board, click on HELP & CONTACT to get a phone number.

Are you sure the listing you purchased from said 30 day returns with seller pays shipping, AKA Free Returns. It should like it said 30 day returns with buyer pays shipping. If that is the case, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping with a Buyer's Remorse return. Look at the listing you purchased from and check out what the seller's return policy actually says and then tell us so we can better advise you.

Did you have to call Ebay or did you discover that you had already received it, but simply overlooked it?
