How to sell multiple items with a flat one rate shipping ( golf balls )

Want to sell used golf balls with a flat $8 shipping no matter the quantity. So someone could by 10 or a 100 and it will be the same shipping price. Couldn't figure out how to do it via the normal selling form. It lets me specify quantity but applies the $8 shipping to each item. So 3 golf balls would be $24 shipping!

I think the problem is ebay is presenting me with a simplified form when I do "sell a similiar item". How can I get it to show the "Advanced/expert" form ? I recall seeing that before but can't seem to find it. 

Here's what I see when I do "sell a similar item" below. I have black background because it's easier on my eyes for glare and eye strain.

Looks like that will do the trick. I’m sorry I’m not familiar with Advanced/expert form. Right now I’m still using the old classic version of the listing form by selecting Sell similar from an existing listing. 
I see how the darker background would be easier on the eyes. 
I hope you gotten it figured out now. Cause this old bird is slowly fading. Have a good rest of your night and happy 4th to ya!

Think I finally figured it out . Had to enable the "ebay business tool" per:

Then I could see the advanced options for the selling form. See if it looks ok here on my listing:
