Hoping somone can help me as I cannot get USPS or Paypal on the phone.
USPS lost a package of mine for 2 weeks, buyer (not this platform, hence my question) reversed the entire order thinking it was lost and other platform refunded her in full.
3 days later she gets the package. She no longer wants it as she bought replacements from another seller so she has all her money and my expensive package of product.
She will send the package back if I send her a return label. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get this done.
I bought the label on Paypal, it shipped USPS. I have to pay in full for the label since they still delivered in their 30 day window but I can find no place on USPS or Paypal to buy a new label and send it to my buyer so she can return it.
Anyone? I'm brain dead this week, getting over a heavy cold virus.
How do I buy a return label on Pay Pal or USPS that is sent to this buyer? Thanks!

The buyer simply needs to write "REFUSED" on the package and hand it back to their delivery person.

@ifyouloveit, this is the easiest way to get the label, and you even get the online discount on the postage:

Set up the correct return address (buyer's) and shipping address (yours), pay for it, then print it to a pdf file and you can send it to her by email.
It's probably not a good idea to ask the buyer to refuse the package. Depending on what kind of postage you sent it with, you may be charged for the return shipping, and it will probably take a long time to get back to you, if it gets back at all. Return packages get very little priority becuase the post office may not get paid for them.

Tell them to refuse the package.

Bad advice. They will be charged the retail price.

I'm not sure why you think that it wouldn't work on Paypal.com/shipnow as you should be able to easily do it there and save it as a PDF to send to your buyer.

I've never successfully created a return label using paypal's shipnow product. I openned a free account on Shippo www.goshippo.com and I use that when I can't produce the label I need via eBay, paypal or FedEx.

I would like to pay for and send her a label to send me back my package. I don't think 'ship now' on Paypal works for that.
How would you send a label to someone to send you a package? Say someone wants to send me something but they can't pay for a label. How do I buy and send them electronically a USPS label they can put on package and give to their mail carrier.
Thanks!
Yes, Ship Now can do this.
I explained exactly how to do it in my earlier reply. You can send it electronically, they print it and put it onto the package and give it to their mail carrier.
I have sent pdf labels to people which they printed and used to ship the package. It works fine.

Bad idea times two.
Why?
It is exactly what I would tell the buyer to do as well.
Why would you want to pay for a return label when the buyer could just refuse the package?

See Message 4.
OP obviously wants to get the package back, because they said it was expensive. If you don't pay for the return shipping, then you may never get it back.
