Hoping somone can help me as I cannot get USPS or Paypal on the phone.
USPS lost a package of mine for 2 weeks, buyer (not this platform, hence my question) reversed the entire order thinking it was lost and other platform refunded her in full.
3 days later she gets the package. She no longer wants it as she bought replacements from another seller so she has all her money and my expensive package of product.
She will send the package back if I send her a return label. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get this done.
I bought the label on Paypal, it shipped USPS. I have to pay in full for the label since they still delivered in their 30 day window but I can find no place on USPS or Paypal to buy a new label and send it to my buyer so she can return it.
Anyone? I'm brain dead this week, getting over a heavy cold virus.
How do I buy a return label on Pay Pal or USPS that is sent to this buyer? Thanks!

How would you send a label to someone to send you a package? Say someone wants to send me something but they can't pay for a label. How do I buy and send them electronically a USPS label they can put on package and give to their mail carrier.
BTW OP I am pretty sure I know the other avenue you are selling on. If you purchase a label via the USPS site, there is literally a button to click on immediately after your purchase the label to save as a PDF and attach it into the message for your buyer to return. It is super easy.

Bad idea times two.
Buyer loses their Buyer Protection if they refuse delivery.

"Buyer loses their Buyer Protection if they refuse delivery."
The OP specifically said that this is not an eBay transaction.

Thank you everyone, you have been wonderful!
Alas, my buyer is rogue. She now claims she threw my expensive package into a parcel locker somewhere in San Diego on her way to the airport.
Other site (M) returned her money in full and I ran my own USPS label. Package was delivered to her, so USPS says tough luck. Buyer has turned nasty and unresposive, saying the package was not her problem. She has her money in full and an expensive package of items.
Tracking doesn't show package as back in the system, not sure it would since she accepted?
I don't believe I have any recourse now with M or USPS, theiving buyer wins the lottery. Struggling seller loses, again.
I no longer know what to, it had to be one of my biggest sales in the last few months too. I needed it, badly. People make me sad so often these days.

I fear you are correct. I don't know why any site forced you to refund before the package was returned to you. Or did you refund voluntarily?
Either way, you are just out the product and the money. The only recourse you would have is to report her for mail fraud with your local PO. It is a federal crime to use USPS in any part to defraud a person or company. Which is what happened here.

Contact their support, tell them that the buyer received the package after they were refunded. Show them the tracking and any messages from the buyer. They should credit the money back to your account. I sell there too, so far **knock on wood** never any problems.
