How can I ship if I can't print a label?

Did your buyer pay? When your buyer pays you will have an address. You should not ship until you see the item in your Awaiting Shipment page.

How do you know that you have actually "sold" something?

The only method to know that you have sold something on eBay is by actually receiving a notification from eBay (in the upper right corner, where you see a bell).  In addition, you will see a notification on your "Seller Hub" page, under  "Awaiting shipment."

If you click on "Awaiting shipment," you will also see a "Ship by" statement, with blue letters below it, reading "Purchase shipping label," which will provide you the shipping information, when you click on it.

If you have received "payment" information by any other method, you may be the victim of a scam artist.

Speaking of which -- I only see two items currently on your eBay site -- two paintings which you have listed as auction items, with currently no bids, but which you are entertaining opening bids of $5.00 on one of the paintings, and $10.00 on the other.

You may be robbing yourself by setting these items up for auction:  if you receive only a single $5.00 or $10.00 bid, you will need to send both of these paintings off at a considerable loss to yourself.

You would be far better off canceling both auctions, and re-listing both paintings as "Buy it now" items, with higher prices with which you would be comfortable selling.

For the address, go to the orders page and click on the order number. The shipping address will be displayed (eBay will autofill the address if you print the shipping label using eBay).

For the shipping label, go to the orders page and click on the option to print the shipping label. You can print on normal paper and cut down to size and attach to your package (If you do a lot of shipping you may want to consider a thermal label printer).  You can also choose to generate a USPS scan code and print a label for free at the USPS using the self-help kiosk if available at your USPS. 

eBay shipping will allow you to choose other services then USPS. You do not have to ship using eBay. If you ship using another service or physical location (USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc.), be sure to add the tracking number to your order.

Notes:

eBay should say package is ready to ship when item has been paid. If item is awaiting payment, you should not ship. Always make sure eBay shows payment and "Ready to ship".

There are reserve prices on the lower starting bid listings. Since you have to pay fees for that perk, why not just start the listing at the reserve price to save $ for the charity you're supporting?

The OP has no address and can't print a label because the buyer probably hasn't paid. 
When an item is awaiting payment there is no address in the order details and no print label option.

The painting (joker) you sold yesterday is already relisted?  Did they ask to cancel?   All of those paintings listed as auctions could sell for those low starting bids.  You might want to rethink listing that way and offer as fixed price/buy it now listings for the prices you want.

Are you aware that, when you use a Buy It Now price, it's not the same as a "Reserve"price?

In other words, every single one of your listing has the potential to sell for the very, very low starting price you  have chosen.

Have you read anything about how eBay works before you started listing here? (Had to ask.)

I seem to remember that either Etsy or Poshmark automatically prepares and sends a shipping label when someone gets a sale.  I may be wrong....I'm getting old.  But if that's the case, maybe this new seller thinks the procedure is the same here on eBay.

We've not yet exactly been able to determine whether or not the buyer has actually paid, which could be the reason the OP is unable to generate a shipping label.

Or if she is an artist that sold on Etsy she's waiting for eBay to send her a shipping/postage label and freaked out when she didn't get one.

Lot's of Etsy sellers are jumping ship.

I see Buy It Now prices on the OP's listings, but not Reserves.

To the best of my knowledge, those are not the same thing.

BIN price is for someone who doesn't mind paying more because he wants it in a hurry and not to go through the 7 day process with bidding.

A Reserve price is a feature for which the seller pays extra, but comes with the caveat that the seller isn't required to sell until/unless the Reserve is reached or exceeded.

Can you tell me where it shows that the OP has set Reserves on those listings?
