How can I ship if I can't print a label?

just sold a piece of art. Don't know the buyers address. How can I ship if I don't have an address?  I also need shipping label.

Since the OP seems to be a little confused about several things, is it possible that he thought a BIN was like a Reserve, got a sale at the original very low price, then cancelled because he didn't get what he expected to receive?
