There is not a single live auction in the U.S. that has a policy of shipping all items within 5 business days. Many of these auction houses will take over a month to pack and ship paintings, fragile antiques, collections of small or large items etc. and I don't blame them.
There is a huge difference between shipping an unbreakable small piece of plastic or clothing by throwing it in a poly bag which can be shipped in one day and shipping a $10,000 oil painting that needs a custom framework made with plenty of padding.

When setting up your listing, you can choose a handling time of 10 days. eBay offers you handling times from "Same day" up to 30 days.

There is NOT a single 'seller' that is 'required' to ship within 5 business days on ebay (except those that chose '5 business days')
It's up to the seller to input a correct 'handling' time.

Personally in my opinion eBay is not a place to sell antiques for $10,000.+ or oil paintings for that price.
The Chinese can fake anything these days...LOL
I would only sell items like that in an auction house.
There are just too many if's and what's can go wrong with a buyer.
