They automatically have Ship with GSP when you list a single item. i didnt catch it. First and Last Time I put it in Ebays Hands. I couldnt locate who they even shipped it with. The Tracking # they provided wasnt the right one. When the buyer came looking, i had no answer for him. after a day of searching. I found it.

Domestic sales = "satisfaction guaranteed or you can return it for a full refund"
International sales = "satisfaction guaranteed or you can keep it for free"

I think that Int’l buyers are far less likely to request a return. Maybe I’m just lucky! I’ve never had an Int’l return request.

Never using GSP. No seller protections. eBay customer service is horrible with "service."

As a buyer of international goods living in the US, shipped with this program, with experience in returning an item I purchased, I can offer that they provide your address at all times to ship the item to the seller. paypal also refunds shipping through a return shipping program x # of times a year for up to x dollars spent - does require photo's being uploaded of documents. But that does exist & it did refund me the bulk of a return to Germany I had.
That being said, the postal systems for delivery outside the US are a logistical nightmare as there is no guarantee they ever scan it again even at time of delivery. International sales or shipping are just like the odds of winning at a Casino - The House Always Wins. Ebay would not be running this Ponzi Scheme if they could not make money from it.

I had similar problem with an international buyer. I asked the buyer for his paypal address to receive my payment for him to buy a return shipping label. But the buyer refused to give me paypal address and opened a case. Ebay then closed the case with refund to the buyer without asking return of the item.
It appears the only way to handle cases like this with protection is to provide buyer with a prepaid return shipping label from Fedex or UPS, which of course is much more expensive than post office in buyer home country.

From everything I have read on this thread, and from my own Global Shipping nightmare, I don't think I will use this option any more. Seems like buyers know they can scam sellers and ebay will back them up with it..

Just sent something via Global Shipping Program - tracked it, and i was delivered last Friday - no movement on the intl tracking. I have proof it was delivered to the GSP address - who can i contact to make sure the package wasn't stolen or lost once it got to GSP ?

I think they are trying to kill it, I have to appeal every refund to get my money back now. The last one they told me to pound sand. Everyone got to the sorting hub
