Delivered to PO Box???

Got a message from a buyer saying that they never got a item, the last tracking  shows                                              

"Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO Box at 6:30 pm on October 15, 2024 in JAMUL, CA 91935."

The problem is that the item was not shipped to a PO box and the buyer says that they do not use a PO box.

Any suggestions?

Well I would contact that post office..do a search for that specific post office and you should find that number. 

Ask to speak to someone who can help you with tracking.
