I am a small-time seller who values their reputation and I strive to offer the best CS I can. I have opted to offer free refunds (which might be my first mistake, but that's for another day). A buyer got an automatic return granted by eBay per eBay's policy. So instead of paying the shipping cost for the buyer to return the item back to me, I immediately refunded the buyer in full. The amount refunded was $12.00.
My question is, can the buyer still leave negative or neutral FB?
