I don't usually exclude Alaska or Hawaii from my shipping locations, but I have one item that I specifically want to exclude them from because it's "Free Shipping" and the cost to send to either of those states would be far more than my asking price.
I thought I could do so in the items listing, but the wording eBay uses in the pop-up to exclude locations that I thought it best to ask first if anyone knows exactly how it would work. To me it looks like eBay is saying that if I exclude for this one listing, they'll apply it across the board to all of my listings and I can change it back in the Buyer requirements (presumably this would also change this listing back to allowing those locations).
Or, am I misreading and it will change only this one item, which is what I want.
