I had to print a second shipping label due to an address error and eBay charged me twice for the shipping label. How do I get the second charge removed? Going through the automated assistant was useless.

Go into your Shipping Labels, find the transaction and Void the bad label. The PO may refund you in a month or so, if it has been less than 6 days since the purchase. If it's been longer than that, you're out of luck.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

If you do not ship to the address provided in the transaction you will be scammed out of your money. You can't change the address. Only ship to what was originally provided. New sellers with high preiced items - $900 golf clubs- are targets by scammers. Did the buyer email you a change of address? You need to go and try to print another label, that page will tell you you already printed the label and give the link to void both of them. I recommend canceling the transaction and elect something is wrong with the buyer's address.

You also need to make sure you get a signature confirmation on the label for anything valued at over $750.

I'm sure they'll be back within a week or two to complain how they were scammed....
