Error creating shipping label

I've always used the classic label printing with no problems, but now I cannot print an label out on eBay or PayPal without "Error" in red letters and no message.

see if u can print it from your private email account where you receive ebay messages about making sales.

there should be a message from ebay to print a label.

You could try clearing your browser's cache or restarting the browser.

These errors typically go away after a few minutes; however, just in case one should have:

A backup label provider such as priateship ready to go.

A backup browser installed with bookmarks imported from your main browser.
