I got an email yesterday saying Ebay had approved a return to me. I don't know why or how but I don't have automated returns set up or rules set up to allow ebay to approve any returns for me. This is the first time this has happened. I checked my returns area on my account and nothing automated has been turned on. What gives? Did this happen to anyone else recently??

The buyer must show proof that said Item did not meet the intended Use sold by seller , that the Buyer bougth it for . Problem is ebay has not followed this rule as stated by both Federal and State Consumer and seller protection statues Policy! Fact is Ebay is a second market 3P site with 20% full time retailers .. Again U.S. Has No Law that requires Mail order sellers to take returns . Also ebay does not have sellers on site that can't lose a Combined 500 million or even 1 billion dollars to buyer fraud and return abuse .

Ebay does not require sellers to accept returns for remorse---it's called "No Returns".

In my listing I have "No Returns Accepted". I received a message saying the buyer started a return. I received no prior correspondence from the buyer whatsoever. After I read this mail, that instant I received mail from Ebay stating I accepted a return and that I should send a return label or Ebay would. I contacted the buyer and asked him if he received the item and if it was as decribed. He said YES but he thought the item would be bigger. I had no say so at all in the matter. I assume the shipping will be charged to me. This is not right.
