Long story short: I've been treated very unfairly by EBAY as a buyer.
If I appeal to EBAY first, does that mean I can't appeal to PAYPAL if EBAY denies me again?

You can file another case on paypal if ebay denies this case. Then you can try with your bank or credit card depending on the reason.

If you want to post more details about your issue, this board should be able to give you wise advice on how to file your complaint correctly ... sometimes, buyers file poorly and end up getting frustrating results.

Ebay, then POS (ie, Paypal) then $ource (ie, Visa/MC) then BBB or legal assistance until your claim is settled.

The BBB is not an official entity and cannot take any action or recover any money. Just putting that out there because there is a huge misconception about the BBB. They are a private business. You can buy an A rating & make all complaints disappear.

Not BBB, but Attourney General is who you need to contact for fraud. If it is a big issue, then the FBI, but they are like Ebay, pretty much impossible to contact via the phone.
