I printed the shipping label and shipped a return item back on Jan 15th, but got an email on January 16th stating the case was closed due to not printing the label on Jan 15th, but I did. How can I contest this?

I purchased an item on Ebay, it was not as stated, printed the label and shipped it before the deadline, got negative feedback from the seller, but there is no resolution center in Ebay to contact anybody. PayPal, now a separate company does not go b...
