How do i add a Primary Ship from Address in the addresses

How do i add a Primary Ship from Address in the addresses 

I can set up the shipping (when buying) and return address, but I don't see where to add the Primary Ship From  - does anyone have any tips? See screen shot

You are in the right spot but you are missing the payment address and Primary ship from address sections.

If you are a new seller it may be that you are not set up completly to sell yet. Click on my account and make sure how you want to pay your seller fees is filled out. Then in Site Preferences fill out the payment from buyers section. These to are required before you can sell.

After setting them up those sections may show up. I would go ahead and check the other site preferences also when you can.

I found payment address but what about the Primary ship from address?

Payment and Primary Ship From sections are missing from yours.

As suggested by points13, make sure you have seller account set up (it looks like you do not), and if you jump through all those hoops and the Ship From section doesn't magically  appear, you'll need to call eBay and hope they can figure it out.
