So, I bought a Kpop Kihno album (Iz*one Heart*Iz Kihno Violeta Ver.) which looks like this (http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/nJsAAOSwACFdY3Dy/s-l225.jpg) for about $22, and what ended up coming in the mail was the full-sized, actual album (https://d1w8cc2yygc27j.cloudfront.net/722335888530120193/-4017273963649749547.jpg) which is actually a little bit cheaper than the Kihno Version (plus I already have it). I first contacted the seller who lives in Korea, and messaged them that they sent the wrong item, also I included pictures of their listing versus what they sent me. They took a couple of days to respond and then said that they would process a refund. I waited a couple more days but nothing happened so I opened "the wrong item sent" report with ebay. In about 4 days after that, it was telling me the sender had provided "return shipping" which I didn't receive and that I should mail the album back and enter the tracking number for ebay, and then I would get my refund. I decided to open a case to get ebay involved because, shipping a package to Korea costs around $20 itself, meaning I would have lost all my money from buying and returning this. Ebay ended up closing the case in my favor and giving me the refund of about $22 and now it says the case is closed and there isn't an option for me to enter the tracking details of the package anymore. My question is, do I still have to send the album back now? I'm not opposed to it but international shipping is crazy expensive so it would be a total loss of money for me.
