The tool for building shipping rate tables refers to the eBay Guaranteed Delivery zone map for definition of the areas listed in the rate table build dialogs. The Midwest Guaranteed Delivery regional map, based on its shading, appears to show shows three zones for Michigan: Upper Peninsula, Lower Peninsula North and Lower Peninsula South. The dialog in the shipping rate table tools only lists Michigan North and Michigan South. Where is the dividing line between north and south? Is it between the upper and lower peninsula or between the two zones in the lower peninsula?
