Different address

When i printed the label the address was different than what was supposed to print.

Taking a guess.....

If you sent an invoice to the buyer with your calculated shipping cost figured in, the buyer can change the ship-to address at checkout and this may increase your shipping label cost when you buy the label.

If you allowed eBay to process the invoicing and the buyer changes the ship-to address from what city/zipcode was shown in the offer, ebay will update the calculated shipping the buyer pays.

Where did you see a different address?  If you are referring to an address on a sold item that wasn’t paid for, it can be different, but you must ship to the ship to address shown with the payment.

Is this an international sale? Is the ship-to address the Hub?

The address you see on the shipping label page is the address you ship to, regardless of what any other screens show.

Buyer info is simply what the buyer provided as his own info when opening an account. A buyer can have his purchase shipped anywhere else if he chooses AS LONG AS that is the address you receive with the payment.

Once Ebay tells you that the buyer has paid and it is time to ship then you go to the Sold item and ship to the address that you see on the shipping label form.

1. Is the entire address different or just part of it like a zip code?

2. Please verify you are comparing the address on the order details page (currently as it looks now after payment) to the address on the label?
