I purchased a bluray from a Russian seller and it turned out to be a counterfeit (big surprise, I know) and so I complained and the seller agreed to take it back, even though he swears it's not counterfeit. It's basically a bluray copy of a DVD with a homemade menu. Anyway, the seller accepted my return request, but has not (and will not) provide a return shipping label. I hate to throw good money after bad, but it seems like my only option is to pay for return shipping and hope to get it back from eBay? The seller is no longer responding to my messages requesting a return label. Any suggestions? The "Asking eBay to Step In" is just a circular rabbit hole that goes nowhere.

You are stalled until the clock runs away @philspiderman and your return closes without a refund. Instead, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and ask eBay to ask eBay to step in.

you need to have the seller send you money for the return, thats the way its done
if they do nt provide funds or a label you shoud get refunded without having to return
