Contacting eBay Customer Service

How can eBay Customer Service be contacted by phone?

I tried doing it using their website different options to no avail. It takes me in circles. 

Chat was not working. email was not working. Need a phone number

There is no phone number for eBay. I've had good luck beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page.

I would just add, in addition to the very sound advice given here, that any phone number for ebay found online is a scam.

I need to talk to a customer service rep. My problem is too complicated to use the automated system. My e-bay user name is   radio*one.

Hi @radio*one . eBay disabled CS phone service for cold calls in early 2020. Some inquiries on the help pages will present a call option and an access code.

Most issues can be solved without CS intervention and there is a wealth of experience on this forum if you want to post your questions here.

If you prefer to contact CS you can go through the help pages or use the chat option on the left side of this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002

You may have to go through several prompts to access a live agent.

Is this problem about an item you recently purchased? If so, and if it's complicated, you will generally find more helpful and complete advice on this forum than you will by contacting eBay CS.
