Duplication error was found after DHL picked up multiple parcels. The first tracking number was disabled by DHL, but not in eBay system and used as "Shipped". I have been trying to update it with the newly provided DHL AWB number (tracking number), but eBay system keeps rejecting it as "unknown error".
If I cannot change it, the delivery will be impossible in the eBay system forever even after the real item is delivered with the new tracking number. Where can I contact to solve this problem? The chatbot and Q&A's are useless.
