Cancelling/modifying a USPS pickup request.

Even though you can generate a pickup request with the USPS through eBay when generating the label there is no way to cancel or modify the request afterwards even though it states there is. Anyone have an answer to this one?  Even going to the USPS site does no good. Thanks!

If you have an account on the USPS website, you can make pickup requests there instead. That's what I do and it's worked out well for me. I get an email with all the details and a link to adjust/cancel it almost immediately.

A side benefit is, through their "Informed Delivery" service, I can upload tracking numbers from items I've shipped and they will send me a text message at pickup and delivery. I can even give them a "nickname", so that I know what item it was. An extra measure of protection for myself.

For large sellers, this may not be practical, but for the occasional seller such as myself, it's very helpful.

If this service had been unavailable since May 2021, when this thread began, there would have been plenty of other discussions about it. Perhaps you should start a new thread, and describe the details of the problem you have encountered, step-by-step.
