We use an 8 x 11 label which features a shipping label and a receipt. Something happened two days ago that made that format go bye bye and I can't get it back. Everything defaults to one label on a page and disregards the receipt format entirely. Anyone have any info on this? I attached a sample of the label we use.

Before you go to print a label-look for a checked box that says Print receipt and uncheck it.
You may have to do that a couple tmes before it sticks.

Down on the right side of the purchase label page is a line that says Print Format PDF 8 X 11. Click Change, that brings up dialog box that lets you decide how the label will print. Has a box to check for printing receipt and lets you save that as your default.

I am familiar with that page. Checking and unchecking the box has the same result. It only does one label without the receipt. In preview after preview, box checked or unchecked, I just get one label. :--(

I'm going crazy with this too!!! I just ordered 500 labels that I can't use because everything now is centered. I usually use my iPhone to print one label at a time on a half sheet label. I was forced to print on paper and use tape to attach which won't work well for envelopes. I noticed this change once I began paying for labels with my pending managed payments. Never had a problem before. I have 2 calls into CS and they haven't called back- meanwhile the time posted for callback is 1 minute. What is going on and I hope they are aware of it?!
