My first line of offense is to clear cache and reboot. Then try it. If the problem is on your end that usually works. Sometimes the Ebay/Paypal interface gets glitched and a label won't print. Did you try doing it directly through Paypal? If so, sometimes Paypal itself is goofed up. If that's the case, you can dial direct to usps.com click'n'ship and do things the hard way. The discount is smaller, but it will be better than nothing. You can cut and paste the label info onto Ebay. I've had to do it before, back when regional rate boxes weren't supported on the Ebay platform.
