USPS can't deliver ebay shipments on time because...

USPS can't deliver your packages because they are too busy delivering Amazon packages for pennies per box. They are even out this Sunday morning making sure Amazon customers get their orders quickly.

Do I have to use shipping labels?

I'm looking to sell magic cards on eBay and I was wondering if I could just use an envelope with my buyer's address written on it instead of an envelope since the package would be small enough. Thanks in advance!

Resolved! Stuck At Pre-Shipment

So I dropped a package off on Monday to USPS, it is now Friday and on tracking it still says pre shipment and normally by now I would at least see something be updated in tracking, Is this normal, or something do with with the holidays and the virus?
