confused by Global Shipping Program

So I was getting orders through this program and barely  noticing because they shipped to Kentucky for my stated rate, mostly $3.50.

Then yesterday I had 2 international sales and while the address was Kentucky I paid for the full amount of the postage. 

I am confused, did they change something?

How much was the full amount you paid on the 2 sales yesterday and how much did the packages weigh?

Ebay has started a new program  Make sure it is not being used. Hmm some thing I need to check.. LOL

Make sure when you print label and pay this is not also the label you are going to print..

One was $10 to Canada and one $22 to the UK. I can't tell you what they weighed but it was the correct amount. But the label was for Kentucky not their address.

I had this happen to me yesterday with a package being sent with Global Shipping to the UK.  It said the seller paid shipping but when I looked in "payments" in the seller hub the buyer actually had paid the $3.95 shipping fee.

I am hoping this is just some type of wording glitch that needs to be worked out.

Maybe check in your payment area to see if you actually paid the shipping or if the buyer did.
